Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Mr. Collision Auto Body & Collision Center ("Mr. Collision," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided to you ("Customer," "you," or "your") for any auto body or collision repair work. By authorizing services or leaving your vehicle with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Estimates and Authorization

  • All repair estimates provided by Mr. Collision are based on visual inspection and current labor and parts pricing. Hidden damage may not be included in the initial estimate.

  • By signing our work authorization form or leaving your vehicle in our care, you authorize Mr. Collision to perform the repairs listed in the estimate.

  • Any additional repairs discovered during the repair process will be communicated, and your approval will be required before proceeding.

2. Parts and Labor

  • Mr. Collision uses OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), aftermarket, or recycled parts depending on customer preference, availability, and insurance coverage.

  • All labor is performed by trained technicians and is warranted for a period of [12 months / 12,000 miles], unless otherwise specified.

3. Insurance Claims

  • We work with most major insurance companies. However, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to ensure all necessary approvals and payments from insurers are obtained.

  • If an insurance company delays or denies payment, you remain responsible for the full balance due.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment in full is due upon completion of repairs, prior to the release of the vehicle.

  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and insurance checks. Personal checks may not be accepted unless pre-approved.

  • A storage fee of $[X] per day may apply to vehicles left beyond 3 business days after completion, unless other arrangements are made.

5. Vehicle Storage & Abandonment

  • Vehicles left over 15 days after notification of completion without prior arrangement may be deemed abandoned and subject to lien sale or legal action under state law.

  • Mr. Collision is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove all valuables prior to service.

6. Limited Warranty

  • Mr. Collision provides a limited warranty on repairs, which covers workmanship and materials as specified in our warranty policy.

  • This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or additional collisions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Rust or corrosion after repairs are completed

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Mr. Collision is not liable for loss or damage to the vehicle or its contents due to fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control.

  • We carry appropriate garage liability insurance, but it is recommended that customers maintain their own comprehensive insurance coverage.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate contact information is provided.

  • Respond promptly to communications regarding repair approvals or insurance matters.

  • Pick up the vehicle within the agreed timeframe once notified of completion.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from services provided shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Modifications

  • Mr. Collision reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted in our shop and on our website.

​

By signing a service agreement, leaving your vehicle with Mr. Collision, or otherwise engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
